EMI Seals & Gaskets’ Conductive Elastomers are designed to be easily integrated with customer parts and components to provide excellent electrical continuity between mating surfaces whilst ensuring optimal environmental/ingression protection and vibration isolation.
Our custom formulated elastomers offer outstanding properties for EMI, EMC, EMP, ESD, RFI and high frequency emissions. The elastomers have outstanding physical properties, including long life in critical applications, high chemical, fuel and solvent resistance, and a wide usable temperature range. We can meet customers Shielding requirements by moulding, form in place, extruding continuous lengths, die cutting from sheet and vulcanizing and bonding to metal and composites as well as a wide range of other materials.
